The big reveal - our new website

It’s like opening a present at Christmas, polishing your brand new car or stroking that expensive designer dress you snuck into the back of your wardrobe.  Exciting.  That’s the word and that’s what launching the new WorksWonders website is like for us.

It’s been a fairly long time coming.  We spent last year consolidating what WorksWonders was all about.  Once we had that firmly cemented we needed a website that reflected this and allowed us to showcase what we are doing and promote our products and services.

We want to inspire women to achieve a better work/life balance and to attain their dreams.  We also want this business to really rock and to do that people need to know about it. 

Unfortunately as part of that we decided people might like to see what Jane and I are really like to get a flavour of us and what we do – hence the embarrassing video clip on the home page. That took two separate sessions, numerous takes and two phone books (an attempt to get me to a vaguely normal height).  However, we do give you the option of pushing play or skipping over it if you prefer.

So take your time, have a look around and check out what we’ve got.

New features include:

• Access to our free ‘But’ busting book when you sign up to our newsletter
• Details on our standard workshops and the ability to request a custom-made one
• Information on our clothes swaps
• An updated careers section – you can request a CV revamp with one click of a button
• A facebook feed so you can keep up-to-the-minute with our facebook activities

• Our free worksheets have a new home but are still easy to find.  Keep your eyes peeled for new worksheets coming soon – including: How to publicise your fundraising event
• Weekly blog to fill you with inspiration

We’re in the process of developing some new products these include:

• Online workshops
• E-books
• Life coaching services (free and paid for)
• An online shop for this site
